It’s about a dynamic barrier Y autonomous single chamber, custom designed and manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel.
The characteristics of the new multipurpose equipment, developed against the clock with industrialized procedures and LEAN methodology, have determined the characteristics required for this SAS: it had to be autonomous to be easily relocated in case of changes of use and optimal air filtering performance was required. , adapted to the ISO 14644 standard. All this at the lowest possible cost.
Under these premises, our team has developed an autonomous SAS unit that ultrafilters the air without the need for input from an HVAC installation . This guarantees an air classification according to ISO 14644, during the controlled and safe opening process by means of an electromagnetic interlock between the doors.
In addition, the unit has flow control system and of air pressure, filter clogging alarm , indicator door status , emergency stop and robust hinges that allow door regulation in the 3 XYZ axes .
