Regulation and control of clean rooms and classified spaces
We program and install the architecture for the Regulation and Control of Classified Zones in accordance with the GMP and FDA CFR21 part 11 regulations, applying the parameters established to ensure compliance with UNE-EN ISO 14644 for the control of the critical parameters of the installation.
To carry out an exhaustive control, we centralize and program all the information in the room by means of a PLC, which will be directly connected to the instruments to be monitored.
In the installation, we adapt to the client’s needs, therefore, we offer the possibility of adding any analog or digital element of the room to the control system. In turn, if remote data control and supervision is required, we will connect the PLC (Program Logic Controllator) to a SCADA system (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition).
Iguña has the latest technology on the market. This will allow us to carry out automatic controls of the room data in real time, allowing us to prevent and act to guarantee the optimal conditions in the area at all times.
