We have recently completed the renovation and expansion project of the Semillas Fitó laboratories in Barcelona.
Semillas Fitó needs
Semillas Fitó needed to expand and modernize its laboratories to meet its growing operational demand, while maintaining the highest quality standards and, very importantly, without altering or interrupting its production processes.
The result of our intervention is a project that not only meets the technical and regulatory requirements, but also more than meets the client’s expectations.
Characteristics of the project
To meet the customer’s needs, we design a tailor-made project, fully adapted to the customer’s specific challenges:
🏗️ Engineering: We design our layouts using 3D modeling with Revit in order to optimize the space, studying all the constructive details to guarantee a perfect integration of the new areas with the existing ones.
🧪 Spaces: We intervened on a total of 370 m²: 210 m² of classified areas (ISO 7 and ISO 8) and 160 m² of non-classified areas, including preparation laboratories, inoculation rooms, extraction areas and common spaces, among others.
🛠️ Sanitary architecture system: We implemented our modular “Modular Clean Panel” system to ensure regulatory compliance, streamline the installation process through custom fabrication and facilitate future modifications and repairs, minimizing downtime.
🌬️Tecnología: We integrate state-of-the-art HVAC systems for precise environmental control, SCADA automation systems and intelligent sensors for real-time monitoring.
✨ Finishes: In addition to functionality and regulatory compliance, we took aesthetics very much into account, using high quality finishes and large windows that enhance the appearance of the laboratory.
