Maintenance and regulatory compliance of clean rooms and classified spaces
We carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, in order to extend the useful life of the clean rooms and enable the continuity of the area in complying with the required GMP, ISO and FDA regulations.
Iguña performs this service both as an after-sales service for properly executed rooms, as well as to provide improvements in classified areas installed by third parties.
Preventive Maintenance
- We agree with the property the frequency and elements of Architecture, Air Conditioning, Electricity, Lighting, Regulation and Control or Critical Fluids to be reviewed, as well as the consumables to be replaced.
- We reflect in a Maintenance Dossier the data to be reviewed.
- After each intervention, the report on the status of the facilities will be delivered and the recommendations for any anomalies detected.
- The rigor of the documentation delivered by Iguña allows it to be submitted to an internal and external audit of the state of the facilities.
Corrective maintenance
We know the seriousness of stopping the activity in a Clean Room, therefore, in the event of a breakdown, we are committed to responding to the request for intervention in the first 24 hours.
