We have recently completed our participation in the construction project of the new Advanced Therapies Platform of the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu.
This ambitious project includes 8 laboratories, 4 clean rooms, warehouses, changing rooms, corridors, airlocks and conditioning and sterilization rooms.
Scope of the project
In addition to supplying several custom-made Pass-boxes (SAS) of our Kirhtech brand, our role has been to design, manufacture and install all the sanitary architecture elements that make up the project, using our Modular Clean Panel product range.
Sanitary Architecture Project
After modeling the entire layout in 3D with Revit, we have custom-made all the sandwich panels (with rock wool core and phenolic resin outer faces) that make up both the walls and the roofs.
The panels are joined with concealed aluminum profile connectors, ensuring the structural integrity and impermeability of the assembly and allowing the passage of installations.
We have used concave and convex sanitary profiles to finish off the external joints, guaranteeing smooth surfaces and easy-to-clean joints, and all joints have been sealed with antibacterial silicone putty to guarantee watertightness and promote hygiene.
