Concept project
It offers to know the economic, technical and legal feasibility of a potential investment, it also serves to elaborate the user requirements of the project together with the client, laying the basis and the guidelines of the basic and detailed engineering, as well as the execution deadlines.
Basic project
Starting from the basis of the feasibility study, we will design the basic project, allowing us to have a global vision of the project, preparing and centralizing all the information in 3D BIM models (Builiding Information Modeling).
Detail project
Starting from the basic engineering, the pertinent quality calculations and validations will be carried out for the subsequent elaboration of all the construction details of the project. Once validated by the property, they will become executable.
