We present one of our latest projects made to measure: a SAS (pass materials) double and dynamic that connects to the system Clean room HVAC.
It consists of two independent cameras equipped with a TRICOLOR LED lighting system to indicate the different states of the sas, a system of HEPA H14 filtration, a independent air pressure and flow control. With this, we guarantee an air classification ISO 5 according to ISO 14644-1 or Class B according to GMP , the opening process is controlled by a safety interlock between the doors and a timer to ensure class recovery.
Designed and manufactured in AISI 304, This SAS also has a differential pressure gauge, a HEPA 14 filter, a filter clogging alarm and a pressure monitoring socket. independent pressure in each chamber.
