Adaptive Control for Clean Rooms

Energy Efficiency and Cost Reduction

At Iguña, we understand the challenge of maintaining a controlled environment that meets the highest quality standards with minimum consumption and costs. Our Adaptive Control system addresses this challenge, offering an innovative and cost-effective solution.

How does it work?

Our Adaptive Control system continuously monitors critical cleanroom parameters, including differential pressure, temperature, humidity and non-viable particle concentration.

Using advanced algorithms, the system analyzes this data in real time and dynamically adjusts the HVAC system to maintain optimal conditions with minimum consumption according to the level of use of the room.

This proactive approach, which is covered by ISO 14644-16, not only ensures a stable and safe environment, but also maximizes energy efficiency.

Key benefits

📉 C onsumption Reduction: Adaptive Control can reduce cleanroom energy consumption by up to 40%. This translates into significant savings in operating costs and a lower carbon footprint.

🛡️ Quality: By keeping environmental conditions at ideal levels, the risk of cross-contamination is minimized and product quality is improved, which is crucial in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or microelectronics.

⚙️ Adaptability: Whether in new or existing installations, our Adaptive Control system integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure. While minor adjustments may be necessary in some cases, the long-term benefits far outweigh any initial adjustments.

🌱 Cost-effective sustainability: Investing in energy efficiency is not only a matter of environmental responsibility, but also a smart strategy to reduce operating costs and improve competitiveness. Adaptive Control is an investment that pays for itself quickly and offers continuous benefits over time.

At Iguña we believe that energy efficiency is not only a responsibility, but also an opportunity to improve the competitiveness of our customers.
